Doctrinal Statement

Vision Statement
We are a Word centered community of faith dedicated to growing the kingdom of God for the glory of God.

Word Centered
We are committed to submitting our lives to the authority of the Word of God. Our vision is that the gospel of Christ would be central in our hearts, homes, relationships, workplaces, and every other area of life.

Community of Faith
We believe that when we are united to Jesus we are also united to his body, and that this means the Christian life is a communal project. We believe God’s Word instructs us to let our manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, standing firm in one spirit, with one mind, striving together (side-by-side) for the faith (Phil. 1:27). We believe that being the church is life encompassing, and that spiritual growth happens primarily in the context of faithful preaching and gospel communities. We believe that the body of Christ is a family and so is a place for all people to belong whether single or widowed, old or young.

Family Integrated
In light of these convictions, our vision is to be family integrated and oriented in our ministry, and to create a church culture that celebrates day-to-day gospel living, where discussions of how we can use our daily routines for the glory of God and the spread of His kingdom are normal.

Growing the Kingdom
We believe that multiplying leaders and churches is the most biblical and effective way to reach the towns and rural communities in our county (and beyond!). We are committed to praying for, seeking out, and raising up biblically qualified elders from within our midst, and sending them out for the sake of the gospel.
